If our campaign does not outperform your most recent email campaign or sequence in terms of open rates, click-through rates, or revenue generated, you may request a full refund.
To qualify for a performance-based refund, you must provide performance data from your most recent campaign prior to working with us. This includes:
Open rates
Click-through rates
Revenue or conversions attributed to that campaign
This guarantee applies only to the first campaign we build and deploy for you.
It does not apply to:
Lack of sales due to product quality, pricing, or unrelated business issues.
Technical issues outside of our control (e.g., email list quality, unsubscribes, deliverability issues caused by prior domain reputation).
If you are not satisfied with the campaign delivery, communication, or process, you may request a refund within 7 days of campaign completion.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Apart from the guarantees listed above, all sales are final. No other refunds will be issued once services have been delivered.
